Hi. I'm Carrie (she/her).
My life’s work is to heal the world and manifest peace by changing the nature of how we do things – from how we birth, to how we eat, to how we live and work.
I have lived as a mother, grandmother, educator, urban farmer, business owner, musician, artist, project manager, race director, mentor, and friend.
I am known for my wisdom and compassion, capacity to hold space, humor, forthrightness, and keeping it real.
My goal is to facilitate self-discovery in others, and to raise awareness of the many ways of being human. Whether I'm helping you become a doula, launch a business; find your inner fire, or write a book, I bring my decades of learning — from prenatal consciousness to human development, social justice activism to psychology, systems-thinking to planetary abundance.
I get my greatest joy from witnessing the transformation a person goes through when they are following their heart's calling. I am honored to be able to work with people at this crucial time in history, to do what I love, and to call it my ‘work.’
I love reading, learning from children, gardening, dancing, sewing, hanging out with trees, being in water, silence, and sunshine.
