This Payment, Fulfillment & Refund policy applies to any and all products or services offered by Carrie Kenner LLC, whether offered, paid for, purchased, registered for, enrolled in, downloaded, or accessed via this website or any other website, platform, application, communication channel, or delivery method.

Carrie Kenner LLC offers digital products (online courses, ebooks, downloads, etc.), online courses (a combination of digital products and virtual live sessions), coaching (individual or group coaching in a virtual setting), and in-person workshops and retreats.

Each offering has different payment, fulfillment, and refund policies.

Please find information on each type of product below.

Digital products: online courses, ebooks, downloads, etc.

Online courses: a combination of digital products and virtual live sessions

Coaching: individual or group coaching sessions held in a virtual setting

In-person workshops and retreats: Events held in a physical location where people attend in person

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are accessed by logging in to an online course platform or clicking on download links provided in an email or web page.

Payment & Fulfillment Policy:

  • Your full payment (or the first of multiple payments if you chose the Payment Plan option) is due when at the time of purchase.
  • Your purchase and access to digital products will not be completed without payment.
  • Your completed purchase provides immediate access to the entire product either by accessing the course platform or opening the download.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. It is very important that you read the product page, content, and description thoroughly.

Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You purchased two of the same product accidentally
    We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Please contact us via email.
  • There is a technical problem with the product
    First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, please contact us via email. Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created.
  • The product was misrepresented in the description
    We consider an item to be "misrepresented" when the delivered item does not match the described function in the product description, or when an item stated to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item.

For example: An item would be misrepresented if the product description includes “forty modules” but only included thirty. A product would NOT be misrepresented if a buyer doesn’t like the topics in the forty modules, or if they didn’t get the results they wanted.

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

  • You no longer need or want the purchased product.
  • You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
  • You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
  • You received the service/product and failed to make a report of any access issues within 7 days from the date of the receipt
  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  • You bought an item by accident, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.
  • You don’t like the quality of the product.
  • You did not get the results you were hoping for.
  • You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service.
  • You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.
  • Your product purchase was made over 14 days ago.

All refunds over the amount of $200 are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Carrie Kenner LLC.

ONLINE COURSES

Online courses include a combination of digital products and virtual live sessions. Courses are accessed by logging in to an online course platform and/or clicking on download links provided in an email or web page. Live sessions are accessed by clicking on a provided link to Zoom or other communication platform.

Payment & Fulfillment Policy:

  • Your full payment (or the first of multiple payments if you chose the Payment Plan option) is due when you register.
  • Your registration will not be completed without payment.
  • Your registration provides immediate access to the course when you enter the course platform and/or open the download(s).

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of online courses, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind or other circumstances. It is very important that you read the product page, content, and description thoroughly.

Because the majority of online courses are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You purchased two of the same product accidentally
    We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Please contact us via email.
  • There is a technical problem with the product
    First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, please contact us via email. Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created.

For example: An item would be misrepresented if the product description includes “monthly live sessions” but didn’t offer them. A product would NOT be misrepresented if a buyer didn’t attend the live sessions, or didn’t like the topics of the live sessions.

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

  • You no longer need or want the purchased product.
  • You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
  • You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
  • You received the service/product and failed to make a report of any access issues within 7 days from the date of the receipt
  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  • You bought an item by accident, and our system shows that the product was accessed or downloaded.
  • You don’t like the quality of the product.
  • You did not get the results you were hoping for.
  • You are having trouble accessing the course or attending live sessions your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service.
  • You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.
  • Your product purchase was made over 14 days ago.

All refunds over the amount of $200 are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

COACHING

Coaching consists of individual or group coaching sessions held in a virtual setting.

Coaching sessions that are part of an online course are governed by the policies of the Online Course section above.

Coaching sessions are accessed by clicking on a provided link to Zoom or other communication platform for a scheduled session, or getting on a phone call for a scheduled session.

Payment & Fulfillment Policy:

  • You may purchase individual sessions, a package of sessions, or enroll in a group coaching program.
  • Your full payment (or the first of multiple payments if you chose the Payment Plan option) is due when you sign up for coaching.
  • Your purchase will not be completed without payment.
  • If your purchase is for a group coaching program, you will have immediate access to the program materials when you enter the course platform and/or open the download(s).

Refund Policy:

Due to the subjective nature of coaching, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind or other circumstances. It is very important that you read the product page, content, and description thoroughly.

Your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
  • You did not like your coaching or realized you had no use of it.
  • You received your coaching session(s) and failed to make a report of any issues within 7 days from the date of the receipt
  • You did not get the results you were hoping for.
  • You are having trouble attending live sessions because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, or similar issues related to your internet service.
  • Your product purchase was made over 30 days ago.

All refunds over the amount of $200 are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Carrie Kenner LLC.

IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS

In-person workshops and retreats are scheduled events held in a specific physical location that participants attend in person. Workshops and retreats are accessed by traveling to the location. Additional program materials (presentations, welcome materials, handouts, worksheets, instructions, communication platforms, etc.) may be accessed by logging in to an online course platform and/or clicking on download links provided in an email or web page.

Payment & Fulfillment Policy:

  • A deposit or full payment (or the first of multiple payments if you chose a Payment Plan option) is due when you register.
  • Final payments are due 14 days before the event is scheduled to begin.
  • Your registration will not be completed without full payment.
  • Your registration provides immediate access to the additional materials when you enter the course platform and/or open the download(s).
  • Client is solely responsible for booking airfare, accommodations and travel arrangements for the Retreat date and fees or costs associated with delays, cancellations or changes associated with such arrangements.

Refund Policy:

Specific refund policies for your event—including deadlines and due dates—will be found on your event’s registration form. Be sure to read these before completing your registration.

All refunds must be requested at least 15 days before the event’s scheduled start date. No requests will be issued after that date for any reason. Refunds requested prior to that date may be granted minus a $50 administrative fee.

No refunds will be granted after the event.

Due to the advance costs of organizing in-person events, we cannot offer a refund for non-emergency situations. It is very important that you read the product page, content, and description thoroughly to decide if the event is suitable for you.

Your registration is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You registered twice accidentally. Please contact us via email.
  • You have a personal or family emergency; this is defined as a severe injury, death, or family situation requiring medical attention or your presence.
  • The event was misrepresented in the description.
    We consider an event to be "misrepresented" when the delivered event does not match the described function in the product description, or when an item stated to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an event.

For example: An event would be misrepresented if the product description includes “morning meditation sessions” but didn’t offer them. An event would NOT be misrepresented if a buyer didn’t attend the meditation sessions, or didn’t like them.

We are unable to provide refunds in the following situations:

  • You no longer need or want to attend.
  • You found another event you like better.
  • You changed your mind about attending the event or realized it was not suitable for you or what you wanted.
  • A non-emergency event or schedule conflict arises; this is defined as a work/job conflict, another event that is offered, inconvenience, or other voluntary circumstances.
  • You are unable to find or afford transportation to the event within 15 days of the start of the event.
  • You don’t like the quality of the event.
  • You did not get the results you were hoping for.
  • You sustained an injury or fell sick during the event and were not able to attend the entire event.
  • If an event is canceled for any reason, transportation costs and other expenses will not be refunded by the event organizer. Participants who will be traveling to the event are encouraged to purchase travelers’ insurance.
  • Events canceled due to weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, and other situations outside of the organizer’s control will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued prior to the event being rescheduled. After rescheduling, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
  • Anything included in the Release of Liability form for the event.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any monetary loss with regard to travel if the event needs to be rescheduled or canceled, and as a result, we recommend obtaining travel insurance.

All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Carrie Kenner LLC.

Carrie Kenner LLC uses multiple payment processing platforms which may include, but are not limited to, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and bank transfers. Approved refunds may be processed via the platform where the original payment was made, or in an alternative manner, according to the requirements, policies, regulations, and procedures provided by the payment processing platform and applicable local regulations of the original purchase.

 

Contact Us & Customer Service Contact Details

For inquiries, comments, complaints, or refund requests, you must contact us via email.

If you are dissatisfied with the product provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send us an email to stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.

Customer Support Abandonment

If a customer fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to our communication for a period of thirty (30) days, or after repeated attempts to help a customer with access to a product, begin service, continue service, or finalize the delivery of the Services, the customer support will be abandoned and the customer forfeits all rights to request or receive a refund.

Refund Request Abandonment

If a customer fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to our for a period of thirty (30) days, or after repeated requests to provide documentation or mitigate a refund request with access to a product, begin service, continue service, or finalize the delivery of the Services, the refund request will be abandoned and considered invalid.
